Dabburiya

Also known as Buria, Burie, Bures, Dabereth

At the foot of Mount Tabor, Dabburiya was a small fortified village on the Tiberias road. A medieval tower, still visible incorporated into the modern mosque, probably preserves part of a Crusader strongpoint undermined during Saladin's campaign of 1182.
